Orders may be placed by email, facsimile, and telephone, and will be accepted and initially processed pending receipt of confirming purchase order.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, domestic shipments will be made via Ground service and International shipments will be made best method. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

EWT offers several payment options, including: Open Account (subject to credit approval), MasterCard/Visa. Please specify desired payment method at time of order.

Warranty

Products manufactured by EWT are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. EWT's warranty obligation for any defect shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective part. In no event shall EWT be liable for defects resulting from improper use, operation above rated capacities, repairs not made by EWT, or improper application of equipment. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Warranty returns must first be authorized by EWT prior to return and must be returned pre-paid.
